Every Alex August piece is handmade and one of a kind. Because each piece is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order.
